As an ingredient, malt adds enhanced flavour to confectionery and gives it a premium edge. Our malt products are used in chocolate (particularly to give a smoother mouth feel in toffees). Some of the very dark liquid malt extracts are also used to add natural colour to sweets (such as cola bottles).
We also support ice cream products, both in terms of malted ice creams and including flavour swirls.
